Refund policy

At AyraTec, our top priority is ensuring the absolute satisfaction of our customers with their purchases. In pursuit of this commitment, we have instituted a transparent 30-day return policy exclusively for damaged or non-functioning products.

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at support@ayratec.com and include the following essential details in your message:

  • Your unique order number
  • The email address associated with your order (if it differs from your contact email)
  • The reason behind your decision to return the product. The more information you provide, the better we can enhance our products and services.
  • Photographs of the product along with its packaging and accompanying accessories. If the box has been opened, please make sure to capture images of the product and all of its accessories. If the box remains sealed, a snapshot of the unopened box is sufficient.

We kindly request that the items and any included accessories remain in an unused condition, with the original packaging fully intact. It's important to note that we may not be able to accept return requests if any accessories or original packaging are missing or not in their original condition.

Our aim is to facilitate the return process as smoothly as possible. However, please note that the return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. Additionally, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

How do I cancel/change my order?

Cancellations and changes can be considered only if the order has not yet been accepted by our warehouse. Once the order has been accepted by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@ayratec.com and specify the reason for your cancellation request.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has reached our warehouse, please allow at least 14 business days for your refund, store credit, or exchange to be processed.

What is our warranty policy?

At AyraTec, our warranty covers our products against pre-existing faults in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use within the applicable warranty period, subject to the conditions outlined in our limited warranty.

It's essential to understand that our warranty strictly does not cover:

  • Damages to the product or personal property, such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices, that result from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, or accidents (e.g., dropping the product).
  • Damage to the product caused by the user, including water damage, exposure to heat, puncture damage, the use of chemicals, and any damage resulting from neglect or misuse.

To file a warranty claim, your AyraTec product must have been purchased through our official website. To submit a warranty claim, please email us at support@ayratec.com with the product and order details. If you purchased the item from an authorized reseller, any warranty claim will need to be processed through that reseller.

In some cases, we may request photographic evidence of your product to validate the claim, and we may also ask for the product's return for inspection. Please keep in mind that AyraTec reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.
